The item is unused, unworn, and in original condition.
It passes inspection (no damage, stains, or alterations).
All original tags and packaging are included.
To start a return, contact us at hello@ieknows.com with your order number and reason for return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Exchanges:
Due to the limited nature of our drops, we do not offer direct exchanges. Instead, you can return your item (if eligible) and place a new order.
Damages & Issues:
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, let us know immediately. We’ll cover return shipping and make it right — that’s our No Hassle Guarantee.

Shipping:
