1. When will my order ship?
Orders typically ship within 2–5 business days from the date of purchase.

2. What shipping method is used for orders?
We primarily ship using FedEx or UPS Ground for domestic orders, which usually arrive within 3–5 business days. International orders are also shipped via FedEx or UPS.

3. How does pricing work?
All items are sold at set prices listed on the product page.

4. Are items limited edition?
Yes. Many iEKNOWS pieces are released in limited quantities and may not be restocked once sold out. Availability will always be noted on the product page.

5. Can I purchase multiple items at once?
Absolutely. Add as many items as you’d like to your cart and check out in one order.

6. Can I return or exchange items?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for a refund, provided the item is:

  1. Unused and unworn
  2. In original condition
  3. Free from damage, stains, or alterations
  4. Returned with original tags and packaging

Please note:
We do not offer exchanges at this time due to the limited nature of our drops. If you need a different size or item, we recommend placing a new order after your return is processed.

Some items, such as custom pieces or limited drops, may be final sale. Any exceptions will be clearly stated on the product page.

7. No Hassle Guarantee
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll make it right at no cost to you — including return shipping when applicable.

8. Can I cancel my order?
We process orders quickly. Once an order is placed, cancellations cannot be guaranteed. Please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to assist before shipment.

9. Can I add or remove items after placing an order?
Once an order is confirmed, we’re unable to make changes.

10. My order arrived damaged or missing — what should I do?
If your package arrives damaged or missing items, contact us immediately. Please keep all packaging and provide photos if possible so we can resolve the issue quickly.

11. Can I combine multiple orders into one shipment?
Unfortunately, orders cannot be combined after they’ve been placed.

12. How do I determine my size?
Each product page includes a size chart at the bottom. Please review it before ordering to ensure the best fit.

13. Quality Assurance Guarantee
At iEKNOWS.com, every item is carefully crafted and inspected before shipping. From stitching to printing, we prioritize quality in every detail.

14. Why no automatic exchanges?
Because many items are produced in limited quantities, we cannot guarantee availability for exchanges. Eligible items may be returned for a refund, and a new order can be placed if inventory allows.
